Five bedroomed Villa with Private pool, set in attractive gardens.

Villa Lilla is a delightful villa very close to Binibeca beach and all amenities. The villa sleeps up to ten persons, plus up to two in cots. Situated is a quiet cul-de-sac, from here there is a short-cut route through the Donzella Enamorada Gardens to get to the beach, only three or four minutes’ walk.

Outside

Mature gardens surround the villa and there are panoramic views over the sea. There are various terraces and patio areas for seating and dining. The garden is well stocked with mature shrubs, including Hibiscus, Oleander and Bougainvillea, as well as three large indigenous palms to create some shade. New for 2014 there are smart rattan sofas, chairs and table for outdoor comfort.

Kitchen

The kitchen was brand new in 2013, and is light, well laid out and modern; Fitted with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas-hob plus extractor, fridge, kettle, toaster etc. The wonderful sea views make it a pleasure to be the cook of the day!

The Utility room is separate and houses the washing machine and a large fridge freezer. There is also a steam iron and ironing board for your use. Just outside there is a drying area with outside sink and shower facilities. There are wonderful views even from here!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms are arranged as follows:

Bedrooms 1 - King sized bed with own terrace and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - King sized bed and single bed with en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 - King sized bed with en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 4 - Two single beds (can be made up as King).

Bedroom 5 - Single bed and one (movable) cot.

Two hairdryers are supplied for your convenience.

Whilst there is one bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor, this villa is built (both inside and out) on several levels and may not be suitable for persons with mobility problems. The short-cut route to the beach is not arduous, but may be awkward with a wheelchair – the route round by the road is about twice the distance (700 metres, as opposed to 350 metres, right onto the beach)

Cleaning/Towels/Linen

The Villa will be cleaned and prepared for you. All linen and towels are included for the house, although we ask you to provide your own beach and poolside towels.

Bed-linen and bathroom towels will be changed for you at the end of the week if you are staying for more than one week. This will generally be done on the Thursday or Friday.

One cot, one high chair and a baby gate are supplied free of charge – a second cot and high chair can be arranged at reasonable rates.
